Educational Coaching
For the capable student whose real challenge isn't the material, it's managing all of it.

What it is
Sometimes the ability is there but the systems aren't. Educational coaching builds the executive-function skills that turn capability into results (planning, organizing, managing time, breaking big tasks down, following-through, etc). It's practical, hands-on, and focused on habits the student can carry on their own.
Who it's for
Students (often middle school through college) who are bright and capable but consistently derailed by disorganization, procrastination, missed deadlines, or the sheer overwhelm of keeping it all together. Helpful with or without an ADHD diagnosis.
What it looks like
Regular sessions (typically 50 minutes once or twice a week, tailored to fit your needs) where we build concrete tools and routines around how this particular student actually operates, then practice them until they stick. Think less "study harder" and more "here's a system that finally works for you." In person or online.
This might be the right fit if:
-
the knowledge is there, but it never quite makes it onto the page or into the gradebook
-
planners get started and abandoned; deadlines sneak up
-
"Just get organized" has never worked
